Ms Burkes 3rd Class learned about Climate Change. They watched videos about Climate Change, learned about Greta Thunberg and her boat journey to New York . They loved visiting the Science Fair in the hall and were fascinated by all the projects.
They collected 85 euro to donate to teamtrees.org and they will plant 85 trees on behalf of the class in rainforests around the world.
In 3rd class they studied where our fruit comes from and checked fruit packaging at home and collated the data!
