6th Class Snowmen

14/1/2015

On Wednesday 14th of January Sixmilebridge was covered in snow. We were excited. When the bell rang at twenty past nine, we asked could we build a snowman. It took a bit of convincing, but eventually Mr. Keane and Mr. Kilcoyne gave in and said we could. We divided into three groups one group built the base the next group built the middle and the last group built the head. For the face we used stones for the mouth and the eyes, a Christmas decoration for the nose and sticks for the arms. We also put a hurley in his hand and a Munster hat on his head. Then we saw the other sixth class building a snowman and had a completion to see who could make the biggest and best snowman. While we were building our snowman the other class started to through snowballs at us so we had a bit of a snowball fight as well.

Overall it was a great morning and a great experience for all of us!
